Cancellation Policy

One of the more relaxed cancellation policies in Manuel Antonio. We require a small downpayment that will be subtracted from the quoted price, not in addition to. This downpayment/deposit also acts as you cancellation fee if you were to cancel the trip 72 hours before your activity. This amount will go to the guides and the owners of the company for reimbursement of the preparation and the turned away business for your held spots on those specific days and hours. Rain: This is a rainforest, so rain is to be expected for 9 months out of the year here. If the rain or wind is a factor and the tour is cancelled by the vendor than a full refund will be given. If the tour is still operational and you are optioning out, I work with these companies on such a large volume that I can often rearrange the date or in the least get a partial refund back. It's a small town with small town accountability. This works great in your favor because you have one of the larger vacation planners advocating for you and if these companies still want referrals by the Manuel Antonio Welcome Center, they are more willing to work with me than individuals for refunds. They can't ignore my call of the volume of clients they receive from our service. The downpayment deposit can be paid by Venmo, cashapp, paypal, cash in store or I can arrive to your hotel or Air BnB for collection. The remaining balance will be paid directly to the specific vendor providing the tour that day. They often allow Credit card, but will charge 13% on top. Some of my companies are smaller companies that do not have credit card machines and they only take cash.
