Nearly 24/7 Customer Support  +50687874083

The Idea: With such a large space at such a central location I made a Welcome Center that offers vacation planning that will become apart of the credited Tourism Education courses here.  I saw an opportunity to help locals earn more efficiently by explaining the cultural differences while guiding them to a soft sales, customer service first philosophy. This is an important strategy to prevent us from losing the Pure Vida spirit searching for financial stability.   Operated as a customer service welcome center, This eliminates guess work, bias opinions, and produces a higher success rate of obtaining your target experience. mishap free, your decision to use the welcome center will increase the ability and competency of the Entrepreneurial, tourism and hospitality workforce.

Donation Options: In the store we have products available to purchase at an extreme discount. It’s a Purchase for a local in need program. Could be sunglasses, waist bags, and other necessary products for daily life here. It allows the local to have what they need without having to pay the increased tourism pricing. Locals are getting priced out of products in their own town. This is a way for me to control some of that effect. When we set up a paid activity for you there is always an option to use 10% of the profit to go towards a cause or foundation of your choice that is local to Manuel Antonio or the surrounding area. Of course you can always add more, but this is a way for you to already spend what you planned on spending, but helping others in the process.

You are going to have many options. You can plan your vacation yourself, use corporate travel agents, use agents who have never been or live in this country. Or you can support and use an organization who uses their proceeds to improve the quality and options in life for the common Tico.

Hola!

For the last decade I have been a resident of Manuel Antonio. I don't mean that I have vacationed here a few times over the years, but that 10 years ago at 28 I was faced with a decision and questions what alot of you are either asking yourself now or will be after your visit.  Does life make more sense here than "home?"  The American dream seemed more obtainable here, so I sold everything I owned and moved here.  At that point I considered myself more of a 1st generation Immigrant trying to create a better future for my family than anything else.  I was lucky that many of the Costa Rican priorities, culture, life practices and appreciations lined up with my own.  I started working as a property manager to learn the country, language, practices and laws.  Now with 10 years of experience and relationships I am a go-to resource for Rookie Expats, new business owners, Locals trying to level up and those in need to get a little extra care. The relationships I have made I have a guy or three for about anything anyone needs here.  Covid had me "kick the can" a bit to delay the dream of the Welcome Center. But now that dream is a reality, and you get to be a part of that.  My priority is to maximize your time and vacation budget the make this not just a memory, but a landmark in the timeline of your life. In the off time I get to play beach volleyball, sit in front of my store and help my parents use their pension to its fullest potential as they enjoy housekeeping, massages and sunset views in their early retirement.   I knew with the two of them only being high school grads they weren't going to get the golden years they deserved in the states. Especially with all the work they put in to break counterproductive family traditions they had to survive.  They gave my brother and I the best shot we would ever get so I am making sure I can repay all that work because they deserve it.  If you have questions about retirement here, I'd be happy to sit and talk about it.  No pressure I also have real estate buddies who can take you to see a few things.

Pura Vida,

Jason
